Mini-Artworks: "Poppies of the Field" This 6" x 8" fine art reproduction will have you always thinking of Springtime! When painting this, I was inspired by Cecile Yadro, although it was not done in gouache, nor followed her color mixtures. I live in the desert where I enjoy field poppies blooming in the spring and just could not resist this airy interpretation. My original piece was transparent watercolor with touches of pastel. I paint to show the Joy of Living and this was so popular when shown on social media, I decided to allow others the same Joy. It comes on archival paper with a white border that you can enjoy as is, or mat and frame as you choose to a standard 8" x 10" size.
